When ordering on bethihlesdecadence.com, it is understood and agreed to as part of our Terms and Conditions that bethihlesdecadence.com is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur due to extremes of temperature and/or the parcel being left outside of the premises of the address provided. 

We use USPS for shipping with shipping cost based on the actual weight of merchandise.

We do not require a signature on USPS orders unless the order exceeds $500.00.  

Returns and Refunds

Beth Ihles Decadence is a small company that provides fresh handmade merchandise based on a single order basis. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of perishable merchandise, all sales are final.  

Once a customer’s order has been delivered, if there is a discrepancy with the order, the customer will have 24 hours to contact Beth Ihles Decadence via email.
